Changing your mind, by moving your body

EmbodiedFit is a fitness and movement program that is based on empirical evidence from neuroscience as well as a philosophical framework of embodied mind, or embodied cognition.  The central tenet is that part of who you are (your cognitive processes like perception, attention, memory, decision making, reasoning) has a lot to do with your body and how you move it!
